Mr. Vinayak Gupte
He was born and raised in a middle-class family. His father served as a government officer in the Kalyan Municipal Corporation. He received his primary education in Kalyan and graduated with a degree in science, specializing in physics. With his strong qualifications and education, he embarked on his career by tutoring school children. He believes that every child can solve educational problems using their own methods and should have the freedom to express themselves. Alongside tutoring students from grades V to X and conducting scholarship classes for grades IV and VII, he held various positions in national and multinational companies. Currently, he is fully dedicated to working for the Maharashtra Pradnya Shodh Pariksha (MPSP) in Pune. He has been invited by numerous schools to deliver lectures on scholarships for grades V and VIII. As the Exam Controller (Pariksha Sanchalak) for the MPSP project, he is constantly introducing innovative ideas and techniques for school children.
Mrs. Veena Gupte
She was born and raised in a middle-class family and initiated her professional journey at Siemens Ltd. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science with Botany as her primary field of study, as well as a degree in Computer Science. While working as a computer operator, she nurtured a strong aspiration to instill a competitive and healthy mindset among school children. Consequently, she began teaching school children during her free time. Leveraging her Botany background, she cultivated an appreciation for plants among the children, covering topics such as plants, flowers, fruits, suitable climatic conditions for plant growth, and historical landmarks. Being a knowledgeable individual, she devised innovative and engaging teaching methods to help students excel in their academic subjects and achieve the highest marks possible. Recognizing her expertise and dedication to turning every student into a scholar, she received invitations from multiple schools to deliver lectures on scholarship opportunities for students in grades five and eight. Currently, she devotes herself full-time to the Maharashtra Pradnya Shodh Pariksha in Pune, where she motivates and prepares students for the MPSP Exam.
